Product assembly
Bring the specified product and packaging elements together in the required sequence.

Hand packing & kitting
Bring products, inserts and packaging components together through manual packing services or a kitting process built from your specification.
A clear answer
Hand packing uses a planned manual process to place, assemble or finish products and packaging components. Kitting brings a defined group of items together as one set.
These approaches can suit projects with multiple components, careful placement, pack variations, inserts, sets or a presentation sequence that needs close attention.
A clear bill of materials and finished-pack reference help translate the brief into repeatable production steps. Stockholm reviews each requirement against the product, quantity, components and timing.
Project scope
Start with the outcome you need. The following project types can form part of the scope conversation.
Bring the specified product and packaging elements together in the required sequence.

Place assembled units into the specified carton or case configuration for onward handover.
Bring defined products, variants and supplied components together with the relevant quantity controls.
Every requirement is assessed individually. Contact Stockholm to confirm the practical fit for your product, pack and timing.
Plan the conversation
The more clearly the finished unit is described, the easier it is to identify missing information and plan the next step.
Provide product names, quantities per pack and any inserts, labels or packaging parts.
Share an approved reference, diagram or written description of the required presentation.
Identify different kits, versions or batches and the quantity required for each one.
Include component availability, the required completion date and onward arrangements.
